Range – Sunday March 10th
The Range is open only to the Range team and the Spares.
The Range team competed at the Zones on Saturday. The team finished 2nd in the Regina Zone. Couple of Highlights:
- Jack Gehring finished 2nd (tied with two others) overall
- Owen Coulter, Junior shooter shot a 97 on his first ever competition target.
We are currently waiting to see if we qualified for Provincials
We will go down to the range at 12pm. If the doors are locked after 12pm you will need to call Capt Sweitzer and wait for the doors to be open.
Curling
Team will be traveling to Carlyle to compete in zones on Saturday, Reminder to meet at the Tim Hortons in the Vic Square parking lot at 4:50 am
Effective Speaking
The winner of the squadron Effective Speaking competition was Cpl Adeneye. She will be heading to Oxbow this weekend to compete in zones! Good luck!!
Floor Hockey
Sunday 5-6pm, everyone welcome please sign up so we know who to expect.
Easter Trip
The Squadron will be going on a small trip from 2-5 April to Edmonton Alberta, open to all interested Cadets. Please sign up. Parent Packages Distributed will be tonight, keep the itinerary and kit list. The other forms must be signed and returned.
Commitment Fee’s are also due next week!
Flight Sims
There will be flight Sim’s from 12-3pm on Sunday. Signup if interested.
Parent/Sponsor Meeting
The next Parent/Sponsor meeting will be held on Wed 10 April 2013. The meeting at 6:45.
Attend the meeting and have your name entered in a draw for a night at the movies.
