Over the weekend, Air Cadets from 41 Hercules Squadron and 691 Hawk Squadron embarked on an exhilarating journey as they took to the skies for gliding activities at 15 Wing Moose Jaw. For many cadets, it was a thrilling first flight, while for others, it marked a cherished opportunity to soar once again.
Among the cadets, WO1 M Andersen and WO2 E Andersen shared a particularly special moment. WO2 E Andersen having earned her Glider pilot wings last summer and acquiring her front seat famil rating in the fall, allowed her to bring along passengers. This past weekend, she seized the opportunity to bring her sister, WO1 Andersen, up into the skies with her. Undoubtedly, it was a profoundly exciting experience for both sisters, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
