The first CO’s parade happens approximately every second month and the first Wednesday of October was the first CO’s parade of the 2024-2025 training year. Promotions, awards, recognitions and qualifications are given out on these parade nights with friends and family invited to attend. The October CO’s parade was no exception, promotions were handed out for LAC, Cpl and FCpl.
There was also a special award presented to a previous cadet, V. Romerdahl was a cadet who graduated from 41 Hercules Squadron last year and due to circumstances the award wasn’t able to be presented at ACR. Rommerdahl was invited back for the first CO’s parade of the year and was presented the Royal Canadian Cadet Medal of Excellence.
