Date: Sat 13 April 2013
Location: RCMP Range (use access to Depot off the end of McCarthy Blvd). Tell security you are with the Cadets at the Range.
Time: Meet me at 7:45am
Equipment check right away starting at 8am
zeroing: 9am
Relay 1 at 10:00am
Dismissal 5:00pm
Floor Hockey
If there is enough interest, Capt Giesinger will have floor hockey. She’ll do a signup on the bus but if you are not on the trip you can signup via e-mail to jeff.sweitzer@cgi.com before Saturday noon
Easter Trip
We hope to be returning around 18:00 but you will be able to contact your ride from the bus when we get close to Regina to confirm.
NO CADETS – Easter Break
Due to the Easter Break, there will be no cadets on Wed 3 April 2013. We will start back on 10 April. This is also the Sponsor Meeting night. Please come out and lend a hand.
DRILL TEAM
Drill Team will be starting on Sunday 7 April from 4-5pm at the Armoury. Bring your boots.

Level One Airport Tour – 24 April
ON Wed 24 APRIL, the Level ones are doing a tour of the Airport. Parents, you will drop off and pick up your Cadets from the Airport. Level One (first years) will not be in the Armoury that night. I’ll post EXACT INFO in the announcements in a week or two when we get more details back from the Airport.
Flight Sims
No Flight Sims this week.
Parent/Sponsor Meeting:
The next Parent/Sponsor meeting will be held on Wed 10 April 2013. The meeting at 6:45.
Attend the meeting and have your name entered in a draw for a night at the movies.
The Sponsor Committee plays a very important role in the Squadron and the executive really needs your help. Many hands really does make light work. The time commitment is not very much when work can be distributed around to many people. One of the main jobs is Recruiting and Fundraising. A Squadron like ours is very active and we do many types of activities in hope that we can provide something for everyone. However, a lot of these activities have a financial cost attached which is not supported by DND. This money is raised by the sponsor committee. The committee members burn out easy when there is only a few to do the work. Please come out, Support the sponsor committee and your Cadet.

Sample photos of Cadets will appear on the website in the next week or so with instructions on how to order copies if you so wish. The cost of the photo’s is as a fundraiser that will go back to the parents committee.
Retake night will be April 10th (CO’s parade) If you missed your portrait picture, or don’t like the one taken, this will be your last chance.
