Annual Ceremonial Review:
The end of the cadets year is done with a big parade, the Annual Ceremonial Review…ACR for short. This is open to parents, family and friends. Special reviewing officer and a few awards. This will also be a Change of Command parade…getting a new CO. Attendance is mandatory so make every effort to attend. ACR will be on Wed 1 June 2016.
We will be done early so if your parents are not staying they should be back for 8:30pm. This is the last parade night of the 2015-16 training year.
Grave Cleaning:
As part of our community service commitment we have chosen over the years to clean the military graves in the Regina Cemeteries. This year we will continue where we left off last year at the Regina Cemetery on 4th Ave and Broad St. Please use the Scarth St entrance just off 4th Ave. Once in the Cemetery, take your First left, then first right. You will see two big guns and a cenotaph.

Dress: NO uniforms, dress for the weather but comfortable. Work gloves are an asset if you have them.
Who: All available cadets should be attending plus it is open to any parents that wish to help out.
Lunch is provided
Must also bring a HAT and a WATER BOTTLE.
Community service is required to complete your Level. If you have not done any yet (ie…Remembrance Day) you need to attend. If you can’t you must talk to Capt Drew on Wednesday night before you leave.
Please signup on Wednesday night if you have not. We need the numbers to order lunch.
Last Parade Night:
The 2015-16 training year comes to a screeching halt on Wednesday 1 June. This will be our ACR (see above). Although Squadron training is done, there are still a few activities that run into June and of course summer courses (those who have been selected). Please keep in contact with the Squadron website and of course your e-mail. The new training year starts on Wed 7 September 2016. More details will be posted in August.

Rider Flag Party:
Once again the air cadets will be carrying the flags at the Saskatchewan RoughRider games. There is a game on 11 June 2016. it is a Saturday evening and the game starts at 7:00 pm. You must be at the stadium by 6:00 pm for briefings. We can take 8 cadets to the game. You must have a full uniform in order to participate. OIC will be determined at a later date. You MUST signup.
Summer Training:
Transport orders have started arriving. I will be sending out joining instructions and delivering the transport orders I have starting next week. I will be contacting those cadets directly to arrange a time.
