Poppy Day is 29 October at The Victoria Club. Here is what you need to know.
Who Should Attend
This is open to ALL cadets, however we will limit the number attending to based on capacity. This is part of your community service hours required each year.
We also need parent drivers to take Cadets to/from the Victoria Club and location they will be collecting donations for poppy’s at.
Event Timing
Date: 29 October
Cadets Arrive at Victoria Club: 11:30 – 12:00
Cadets depart for Locations: 12:30
Return Information
Cadets usually return to the Victoria club around 16:00 (4pm)
Dress
Cadets are expected to be in full uniform if they have it. Given the time of year they are encouraged to bring gloves and their Cadet Parkas if they have.
Cadets lacking uniforms are expected to dress in professional attire.
Lunch is provided by the Legion before heading out. It usually consists of a hotdog and chips.
