Cadets from 41 Hercules spent the evening learning Canadian Armed Forces traditions and dinner etiquette. A time to come together to learn, grow and have fun with fellow cadets. The end of the Mess Dinner came together as WO2 Kayla Keller gave her Effective Speaking Speech which she had achieved second place at the Air Cadet League Effective Speaking Provincial Competition.
After the dinner family and friends were invited to join as several awards and presentations were handed out. Attendance awards for over 95% and 100% attendance were given out. Cadets Top Choice Award as voted by cadets was presented to FSgt Wall. Other awards presented that night include:

Top Boot Award- WO1 Greenley
Top Level 1 – Cadet Vaghasiya
Top Level 2 – Cpl Rybchynski and Cpl Denis
Top Level 3 – FCpl Sinclair
Top Level 4 – Sgt Rybchynski
Trenker Award – WO1 Greenley
Throughout the year cadets earn flight points in various ways including showing up in uniform/proper dress, team events for their flights, among other possibilities throughout the training year. Each Commanding Officers parade which is every second month, the Top Flight award is given out and the overall Top Flight of the training year was awarded to Cobra Flight!
