SENIOR DEVELOPMENT DAY

To start the training year strong, 41 Hercules Squadron held a special day where 16 senior cadets focused on building their instructional skills and learning ways to improve classroom management.

The goal was to create a professional learning environment where cadets could learn, practice, and share their experiences as instructors.

The day included lessons on Cadet 365, creating lesson plans, communication skills, and classroom management. Cadets also had the chance to ask questions, share stories, and role-play different situations they may face while instructing other cadets.

The day allowed senior cadets to become more confident and effective instructors throughout the training year.
