Perogie Orders need to be picked up at the Armories on Wednesday, Dec. 14th , 2016 at the start of the night.
REMINDER: Car Raffle Ticket DUE 12 October
Just a reminder that car raffle tickets are due this Wednesday. Please return all tickets sold, or unsold with outstanding money. If you lost the book you are responsible for the cost of the tickets, which is $20 for the book.
Please contact the sponsoring committee if you are unable to get them back this week so we can arrange for you to get them to us before the draw. If you need to make such arrangements please contact parentcommittee@41hercules.ca.

Camp Saskadet Paint Party
Camp Saskadet is an amazing league owned and maintained complex used by cadets of all three elements. From field training exercises (FTX) to the provincial Biathlon completion, the camp is bustling nearly year round.
The camp, comprised of two of barracks buildings, a rec centre, mess hall, caretakers accommodations, stores and several out buildings is located near Kelvington.
While the league receives funding from DND for its use, the upkeep and maintenance costs are maximized through the use of volunteer work parties.
Pete Garton, Camp Saskadet Chair is planning a small paint party on the August 22nd through 24th weekend.
He’s looking for 6-8 people to come up and help with the painting. If you’re available to help please contact him by August 15th.
Food and accommodations will be provided as will a tax receipt for travel to and from Camp Saskadet.
If you can lend a hand it would be greatly appreciated. It’s help from volunteers like you that keeps this camp viable for cadets.

To all parents of Cadets,
May 1st, 2013 is the final parents meeting of the year. Please plan on attending this meeting as there are several important topics at this important meeting.
- Elections for the 2013-2014 Sponsoring Committee Executive (positions vacant)
- Find out about upcoming 2013 and 2014 events
- Final report on where the Squadron spent money raised during the year
- Special Announcement regarding and concerning Level’s 1, 2 and some 3 cadets
- A draw for free movie tickets (open to all attendees)
- Pick up of Perogy orders (Delivered at 7pm to armouries)
The meeting only lasts about 1 hour and starts at 6:45pm in Classroom 216.
